حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ وَهِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْر

َةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوْ شَرِبَ نَاسِيًا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ

English Translation

Rawh narrated to us, Awf and Hisham narrated to us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If one of you eats or drinks forgetfully while fasting, let him complete his fast, for it was Allah who fed him and gave him drink.'
