English Translation
Abu Kamil narrated to us, Layth ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from Bukayr ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Ashajj, from 'Iyad ibn 'Abdullah ibn Sa'd, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: A man was struck during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with fruit, and his debts accumulated. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Give him charity.' So the people gave him charity, but it did not suffice to pay his debt. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to his creditors: 'Take what you find, and you have nothing more than that.'
