English Translation

Yahya ibn Ishaq and Aswad ibn 'Amir narrated to us, they said: Sharik informed us, from Abu Ishaq, and Qays ibn Wahb, from Abu al-Waddak, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding a verse from Surah al-An'am: {Say: Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you: that you associate nothing with Him...} [6:151], he said: 'Whoever is pleased to read the final testament of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ upon which he placed his seal, let him read these verses: {Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you} until the three verses.'
