English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from al-A'mash, from 'Atiyyah al-'Awfi, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'The people of the higher ranks [in Paradise] will be seen by those below them as you see a distant star on the horizon in the east or west. The difference between them is due to the difference in their ranks.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, are those the stations of the Prophet ﷺs that no one else can attain?' He said: 'No, by the One in Whose Hand is my soul. They are men who believed in Allah and believed the Messengers.'
