أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَا لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ مَخَافَةُ النَّاسِ أَنْ يَقُولَ الْحَقَّ إِذَا رَآهُ

English Translation

Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Khalid narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Let not the fear of people prevent any of you from speaking the truth when he sees it or witnesses it, for indeed speaking the truth or reminding of a great matter will not bring death closer or push provision further away."
