Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ سَأَلَ قَتَادَةُ أَنَسًا أَيُّ دَعْوَةٍ كَ
انَ أَكْثَرَ يَدْعُو بِهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كَانَ أَكْثَرُ دَعْوَةٍ يَدْعُو بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ وَكَانَ أَنَسٌ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ بِدَعْوَةٍ دَعَا بِهَا وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ بِدُعَاءٍ دَعَا بِهَا فِيهِ

English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us, Abdul-'Aziz narrated to us, he said: Qatadah asked Anas (رضي الله عنه): "Which supplication did the Prophet ﷺ make most frequently?" He said: The most frequent supplication of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was: "Rabbana atina fi al-dunya hasanah wa fi al-akhirati hasanah wa qina 'adhab al-nar" [Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire].
