English Translation
Ibn Abi 'Adiyy narrated from Humayd, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Banu Salimah wanted to move from their homes and settle near the mosque. That reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he disliked that Madinah should become deserted. He said: 'O Banu Salimah, do you not count your footsteps?' So they remained in their homes.
