حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنّ

َ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ الْحِجَامَةُ وَالْقُسْطُ الْبَحْرِيُّ وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوا صِبْيَانَكُمْ بِالْغَمْزِ

English Translation

Ibn Abi 'Adiyy narrated from Humayd, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'The best of your remedies are cupping and Indian costus. Do not torture your children by pressing on the uvula.'
