Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Tufawi narrated to us, Dawud narrated to us, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ became ill, and Jibril (عليه السلام) came to him and said: 'O Muhammad, are you ill?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'In the Name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. In the Name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you. May Allah heal you.'
