English Translation

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Habib, from Abu Arta'ah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited [mixing] unripe dates with dried dates, and raisins with dried dates, and raisins with unripe dates. He said: 'Whoever sells any of them, let him sell each type separately.'
