Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى
Body (Matn)
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَحْمٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ فَقَالَ هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ was brought some meat and it was said to him: 'This was given as charity to Barirah.' He said: 'It is charity for her and a gift for us.'
