حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ صَبَّحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ بُكْرَةً وَقَدْ خَرَجُوا بِالْمَسَاحِي فَلَمَّا نَظَرُوا إِلَيْهِ قَالُوا مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ ثُمَّ أَحَالُوا يَسْعَوْنَ إِلَى الْحِصْنِ وَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ كَبَّرَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَالَ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا
إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ فَأَصَبْنَا حُمُرًا خَارِجَةً مِنْ الْقَرْيَةِ فَاطَّبَخْنَاهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَرَسُولَهُ يَنْهَيَانِكُمْ عَنْ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ فَإِنَّهَا رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ يَقُولُ وَالْجَيْشُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated from Ayyub, from Muhammad, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Prophet ﷺ attacked Khaybar at dawn, and the people had come out with their spades. When they saw him, they said: 'Muhammad and the army!' and they fled to their fortress. the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allahu Akbar! Khaybar is destroyed. When we descend upon the territory of a people, evil is the morning for those who have been warned.' He captured their fortified settlements one by one.
