حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمٌ الْعَلَوِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قُدِّمَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّمَ قَصْعَةٌ فِيهَا قَرْعٌ قَالَ وَكَانَ يُعْجِبُهُ الْقَرْعُ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يَلْتَمِسُ الْقَرْعَ بِأُصْبُعِهِ أَوْ قَالَ بِأَصَابِعِهِ

English Translation
Abu Kamil narrated to us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, Salm al-'Alawi narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: A bowl containing gourd was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and gourd was pleasing to him. He began picking the pieces of gourd from around the dish. Anas said: 'So I have loved gourd ever since that day.'
