Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ لَمَّا أَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ فَوَجَدَهُمْ حِينَ خَرَ
جُوا إِلَى زُرُوعِهِمْ وَمَعَهُمْ مَسَاحِيهِمْ فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ وَمَعَهُ الْجَيْشُ نَكَصُوا فَرَجَعُوا إِلَى حِصْنِهِمْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: When the Prophet ﷺ came to Khaybar, he found them when they had gone out to their crops with their shovels. When they saw him with the army, they said: 'Muhammad and the army!' and fled. the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allahu Akbar! Khaybar is destroyed. When we descend upon the courtyard of a people, evil is the morning for those who were warned.'
