English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ was brought al-Buraq on the night of the Isra', saddled and bridled, for him to ride. It was difficult for him (i.e., the Buraq resisted). Jibril (عليه السلام) said to it: 'What is this you are doing? By Allah, no one more honored by Allah has ever ridden you before him.' It then broke into a sweat from shame.
