حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
Body (Matn)
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَهْرَمُ ابْنُ آدَمَ وَتَبْقَى مِنْهُ اثْنَتَانِ الْحِرْصُ وَالْأَمَلُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yahya narrated from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'The son of Adam grows old, but two things remain young in him: greed and hope.'
