حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَيْهِ مِغْفَرٌ
English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, Malik ibn Anas narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ entered Makkah on the year of the Conquest wearing a helmet. When he removed it, a man came and said: 'Ibn Khatal is clinging to the curtains of the Ka'bah.' He said: 'Kill him.'
