English Translation

Isma'il narrated to us, al-Hajjaj ibn Abi 'Uthman narrated to us, Abu Raja', the freed slave of Abu Qilabah, narrated to me. He said: I will narrate to you a hadith that Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated to me. He said that a group of eight men from 'Ukl came to the Prophet ﷺ and pledged allegiance on Islam, but the climate of Madinah made them ill. They complained, so he ordered them to go to the camels of charity and drink their milk and urine. When they recovered, they killed the herdsman and drove away the camels. the Prophet ﷺ sent riders after them. They were brought back, their hands and feet were cut off, their eyes were branded, and they were left in the harrah without being cauterized until they died.
