English Translation

Ibrahim ibn Ishaq at-Talaqani narrated to us, Abdullah — meaning Ibn al-Mubarak — narrated to us, from Asim ibn Sulayman, from Hafsah bint Sirin, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Seeking the plague (martyrdom through plague) is considered a death of martyrdom for every Muslim.'
