حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ

حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمُرُّ بِالتَّمْرَةِ فَمَا يَمْنَعُهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا فَيَأْكُلَهَا إِلَّا مَخَافَةَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ

English Translation

Mu'ammal narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Thabit narrated to us, from Anas (رضي الله عنه) who said: 'the Prophet ﷺ would pass by a date on the ground, and nothing would prevent him from picking it up and eating it except the fear that it might be from the charity dates.'
