English Translation

'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi informed us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ said to Mu'adh ibn Jabal: 'Whoever meets Allah without associating anything with Him will enter Paradise.' Mu'adh said: 'O Messenger of Allah, shall I not inform the people and give them glad tidings?' He said: 'No, for I fear they will rely on it.'
