English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Khalaf ibn Khalifah narrated to us, Hafs, the nephew of Anas, narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: 'I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the circle, and a man was standing and praying. When he bowed and prostrated, he did not complete the bowing or prostration. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If he dies upon this, he will die upon a religion other than the religion of Muhammad, pecking in his prayer as a crow pecks at blood. The one who prays and does not complete his bowing or prostration is like a hungry person who eats one or two dates — they do not avail him anything.'
