حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنِّي لَا آلُو أَنْ أُ
صَلِّيَ بِكُمْ كَمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي بِنَا قَالَ فَكَانَ أَنَسٌ يَصْنَعُ شَيْئًا لَا أَرَاكُمْ تَصْنَعُونَهُ كَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرُّكُوعِ انْتَصَبَ قَائِمًا حَتَّى يَقُولَ الْقَائِلُ لَقَدْ نَسِيَ وَكَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ السَّجْدَةِ قَعَدَ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الْقَائِلُ لَقَدْ نَسِيَ

English Translation
Yunus narrated to us, Hammad — meaning Ibn Zayd — narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) who said: I spare no effort to pray for you as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray for us. Thabit said: Anas used to do something I do not see you doing — when he raised his head from bowing, he would stand so long that one would say he had forgotten, and between the two prostrations he would sit so long that one would say he had forgotten.
