English Translation
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughirah, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir (رضي الله عنهما), who said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn Haram — meaning his father — died, or was martyred, while he had debts. I sought the help of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with his creditors. He asked them to accept the dates in the garden as payment for the debt, but they refused. the Prophet ﷺ did not give them the garden. He said: 'We will come to you in the morning.' He came to us in the morning and walked among the date palms and made supplication for blessings. I harvested and paid them all, and there was still some left over.
