English Translation

Husayn narrated to us, Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil who said: I said to Jabir ibn Abdullah: 'Pray for us as you saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray.' So he prayed for us in a single garment and placed his hands on his knees in ruku, and when he raised his head from ruku he stood upright until every vertebra returned to its place, and when he prostrated he placed his hands on the ground before his knees, and he spread them out and pointed his fingers toward the qiblah, and when he sat between the two prostrations he sat on his left foot and spread it, and he sat upright until every vertebra returned to its place, then he prostrated again.
