حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْ
مَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتْ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتْ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah, from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that pre-emption (shuf'ah) applies to every jointly-owned property that has not been divided. When boundaries are established and roads are set, there is no pre-emption.
