حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّبَيْدِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَب
ْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يُبْعَثُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَكُونُ أَنَا وَأُمَّتِي عَلَى تَلٍّ وَيَكْسُونِي رَبِّي تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى حُلَّةً خَضْرَاءَ ثُمَّ يُؤْذَنُ لِي فَأَقُولُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ أَقُولَ فَذَاكَ الْمَقَامُ الْمَحْمُودُ

English Translation
Yazīd ibn ʿAbd Rabbih narrated to us, he said: Muḥammad ibn Ḥarb narrated to me, he said: al-Zubaydī narrated to me, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿAbdillāh ibn Kaʿb ibn Mālik, from Kaʿb ibn Mālik, that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'Two hungry wolves sent among a flock of sheep are not more destructive to them than a man's desire for wealth and status is to his religion.'
