English Translation

ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us, he said: Isrāʾīl informed us, from Simāk, from ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAmr al-Qurashī, he said: One who witnessed the Prophet ﷺ told me that he ordered the stoning of a man between Makkah and Madīnah. When the stones struck him, he fled. That reached the Prophet ﷺ and he said: Why did you not leave him?
