حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْد
ٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَطْعَمْتَ نَفْسَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ وَلَدَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ زَوْجَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ خَادِمَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ

English Translation
Ibrāhīm ibn Abī al-ʿAbbās narrated to us saying: Baqiyyah narrated to us saying: Baḥīr ibn Saʿd narrated to us, from Khālid ibn Maʿdān, from al-Miqdām ibn Maʿdī Karib رضي الله عنه, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "What you feed yourself is charity for you. What you feed your child is charity for you. What you feed your wife is charity for you. What you feed your servant is charity for you."
