حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ حَدَّثَنَا بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ
English Translation
Ḥaywah ibn Shurayḥ narrated to us, Baqiyyah narrated to us, Baḥīr ibn Saʿd narrated to us, from Khālid ibn Maʿdān, from al-Miqdām ibn Maʿdī Karib رضي الله عنه, that he heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ say: "Indeed, Allāh عز وجل enjoins upon you [kindness toward] the nearest, then the nearest [of kin]."
