حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ الْحَجْرِيِّ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْحَجْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ عَشْرَ خِصَالٍ الْوَشْرَ وَالنَّتْفَ وَالْوَشْمَ وَمُكَامَعَةَ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ وَالْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا ثَوْبٌ وَالنُّهْبَةَ وَرُكُوبَ النُّمُورِ وَاتِّخَاذَ الدِّيبَاجِ هَاهُنَا وَهَاهُنَا أَسْفَلَ فِي الثِّيَابِ وَفِي الْمَنَاكِبِ وَالْخَاتَمَ إِلَّا لِذِي سُلْطَانٍ
English Translation
Zayd ibn al-Ḥubāb narrated to us: Yaḥyā ibn Ayyūb narrated to me, from ʿAyyāsh ibn ʿAbbās al-Ḥimyarī, from Abū Ḥuṣayn al-Ḥajrī, from ʿĀmir al-Ḥajrī, from Abū Rayḥānah, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he disliked ten traits: al-washr (filing teeth), al-natf (plucking), al-washm (tattooing), al-mukāmaʿah of a man with a man and a woman with a woman without a cloth between them, plunder, riding on tiger-skins, wearing dībāj (brocade) here and here — at the bottom of garments and on the shoulders — and wearing a ring except for one in authority.
