حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَ

هِيعَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ صَاحِبِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْخَاتَمِ إِلَّا لِذِي سُلْطَانٍ

English Translation
Al-Ḥasan ibn Mūsā al-Ashyab narrated to us: Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us: ʿAyyāsh ibn ʿAbbās narrated to us: Abū al-Ḥuṣayn narrated to me, from Abū Rayḥānah, the Companion of the Prophet ﷺ, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited wearing a ring except for one in authority.
