حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْن
ِ نُسَىٍّ عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ انْتَسَبَ إِلَى تِسْعَةِ آبَاءٍ كُفَّارٍ يُرِيدُ بِهِمْ عِزًّا وَكَرَمًا فَهُوَ عَاشِرُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ

English Translation
Ḥusayn ibn Muḥammad narrated to us: Abū Bakr ibn ʿAyyāsh narrated to us, from Ḥumayd al-Kindī, from ʿUbādah ibn Nusayy, from Abū Rayḥānah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever traces his lineage to nine disbelieving ancestors seeking through them honor and nobility, he is the tenth of them in the Fire.'
