حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ وَالْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْ
هِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ وَتُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهُ قَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ مَا أَنْفَقَهُ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ

English Translation
Aswad ibn ʿĀmir and al-Khuzāʿī narrated to us, they said: Sharīk narrated to us, from Abū Isḥāq, from ʿAṭāʾ, from Rāfiʿ ibn Khadīj, he said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever plants in the land of a people without their permission, he has no right to any of the harvest, and his expenses shall be returned to him.' Al-Khuzāʿī said: 'what he spent' — 'and he has no right to any of the harvest.'
