حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَع
ْفُورٍ عَبْدُ الَّرحْمَنِ جَدِّي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ

English Translation
ʿAffān narrated to us, ʿAbd al-Wāḥid ibn Ziyād narrated to us, Abū Yaʿfūr ʿAbd al-Raḥmān — my grandfather — narrated to us, Abū Thābit narrated to us, who said: I heard Yaʿlā ibn Murrah al-Thaqafī say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever takes a piece of land without right will be made to carry its soil to the place of Gathering."
