Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ ب
ْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ قَالَ لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ حَدِيثًا مُنْذُ زَمَانٍ إِذَا كُنْتَ فِي قَوْمٍ عِشْرِينَ رَجُلًا أَوْ أَقَلَّ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ فَتَصَفَّحْتَ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ فَلَمْ تَرَ فِيهِمْ رَجُلًا يُهَابُ فِي اللَّهِ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ قَدْ رَقَّ

English Translation
Abū al-Mughīrah narrated to us, Ṣafwān narrated to us, Azhar ibn ʿAbdillāh narrated to us, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Busr who said: I heard a hadith some time ago: 'If you are among a group of twenty men — or fewer or more — and you look at their faces and do not see among them a man who is held in awe for the sake of Allah, then know that the matter has deteriorated.'
