Yazīd ibn ʿAbd Rabbihi narrated to us, Baqiyyah ibn al-Walīd narrated to us saying: Baḥīr ibn Saʿd narrated to me, from Khālid ibn Maʿdān, from Ibn Abī Bilāl, from al-ʿIrbāḍ ibn Sāriyah رضي الله عنه, that he narrated to them that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to recite the musabbiḥāt [surahs that begin with glorification of Allāh] before going to sleep, and he said: "In them is a verse that is better than a thousand verses."
