English Translation

Ḥumayd ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, Ḥasan narrated to us, from Ibn Luhayʿah, from Abū al-Zubayr, from Kaʿb ibn ʿUjrah رضي الله عنه, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you performs wuḍūʾ and perfects his wuḍūʾ, then goes out heading for the mosque, let him not interlace his fingers, for he is in a state of prayer until he finishes his prayer. And let none of you interlace the fingers of his hands during prayer.'
