حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ جَ
ابِرٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْهُذَلِيَّتَيْنِ أَنَّ الْعَقْلَ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ وَأَنَّ الْمِيرَاثَ لِلْوَرَثَةِ وَأَنَّ فِي الْجَنِينِ غُرَّةً

English Translation
Abū al-Naḍr al-Ḥārith ibn al-Nuʿmān narrated to me, from Shaybān, from Jābir, from ʿĀmir, from al-Mughīrah ibn Shuʿbah رضي الله عنه who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled regarding the two Hudhalī women that the blood money was upon the male relatives of the killer, that the inheritance went to the heirs, and that for the fetus there was a ghurrah.
