حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ مَا سَأَلَ أَحَدٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الدَّجَّالِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْهُ فَقَ
الَ لِي أَيْ بُنَيَّ وَمَا يُنْصِبُكَ مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ لَنْ يَضُرَّكَ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ مَعَهُ جِبَالَ الْخُبْزِ وَأَنْهَارَ الْمَاءِ فَقَالَ هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ ذَاكَ

English Translation
Yazīd narrated to us, Ismāʿīl ibn Abī Khālid informed us, from Qays ibn Abī Ḥāzim, from al-Mughīrah ibn Shuʿbah رضي الله عنه who said: No one asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the Dajjāl more than I did. He said to me: 'O my son, what concerns you about him? He will not harm you.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, they claim that he has mountains of bread and rivers of water.' He said: 'He is more insignificant before Allah عز وجل than that.'
