حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَوْ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ مُضَرِّسٍ الطَّائِيُّ قَالَ جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَوْقِفِ فَقُلْتُ جِئْتُ يَا ر
َسُولَ اللَّهِ مِنْ جَبَلَيْ طَيِّئٍ أَكْلَلْتُ مَطِيَّتِي وَأَتْعَبْتُ نَفْسِي وَاللَّهِ مَا تَرَكْتُ مِنْ جَبَلٍ إِلَّا وَقَفْتُ عَلَيْهِ هَلْ لِي مِنْ حَجٍّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَعَنَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ وَأَتَى عَرَفَاتٍ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ لَيْلًا أَوْ نَهَارًا تَمَّ حَجُّهُ وَقَضَى تَفَثَهُ
English Translation
Yaḥyā narrated to us, from Ismāʿīl, ʿĀmir narrated to us, he said: ʿUrwah ibn Muḍarris al-Ṭāʾī narrated to me — or informed me — who said: 'I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the standing place and said: I have come, O Messenger of Allah, from the two mountains of Ṭayyiʾ. I exhausted my mount and tired myself. By Allah, I did not leave a single mountain without standing on it. Do I have a valid Hajj?' the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever catches this prayer with us and comes to ʿArafāt before that, by night or by day — his Hajj is complete and he has fulfilled his rites.'
