English Translation

Rawḥ narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, he said: I heard ʿAbdullāh ibn Abī al-Safar who said: I heard al-Shaʿbī, from ʿUrwah ibn Muḍarris ibn Ḥārithah ibn Lām رضي الله عنه who said: 'I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was at Jamʿ (Muzdalifah) and said to him: Do I have a valid Hajj?' He said: 'Whoever prays this prayer with us in this place, then stands with us at this standing place until the imam departs — having departed before that from ʿArafāt by night or by day — his Hajj is complete and he has fulfilled his rites.' Abū al-Naḍr narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Abī al-Safar, who said: I heard al-Shaʿbī narrating from ʿUrwah ibn Muḍarris ibn Aws ibn Ḥārithah ibn Lām who said: I came to the Prophet ﷺ — and he mentioned it. ʿAffān narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, ʿAbdullāh ibn Abī al-Safar narrated to me, he said: I heard al-Shaʿbī, from ʿUrwah ibn al-Muḍarris ibn Aws ibn Ḥārithah ibn Lām who said: I came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was at Jamʿ — and he mentioned the like of Rawḥ's hadith.
