حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَوْلُهُ { وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الْكَافِرُو
نَ } { وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ } { وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الْفَاسِقُونَ } قَالَ هِيَ فِي الْكُفَّارِ كُلُّهَا

English Translation
Abū Muʿāwiyah narrated to us: al-Aʿmash narrated to us, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Murrah, from al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib, from the Prophet ﷺ, regarding His saying: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers" [al-Māʾidah 5:44], "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers" [5:45], "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, those are the defiantly disobedient" [5:47] — he said: All of them are about the disbelievers.
