حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ق
َرَأَ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ وَإِنْ وَافَقَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ قَرَأَهُمَا جَمِيعًا قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ حَبِيبُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ سَمِعَهُ مِنَ النُّعْمَانِ وَكَانَ كَاتِبَهُ وَسُفْيَانُ يُخْطِئُ فِيهِ يَقُولُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ النُّعْمَانِ

English Translation
ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us: al-Thawrī informed us, from Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Muntashir, from his father, from Ḥabīb ibn Sālim, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr رضي الله عنه who said: the Prophet ﷺ used to recite in the ʿEid prayer and on Friday: {Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High} and {Has there reached you the report of the Overwhelming Event?}. He said: And when the ʿEid and the Friday coincided, he recited them in both of them.
