حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ال
ْحَجَّاجُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ اسْتُكْرِهَتْ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا
Isnad Chain
معمر بن سليمان الرقي
English Translation
Maʿmar ibn Sulaymān al-Raqqī narrated to us, al-Ḥajjāj narrated to us, from ʿAbd al-Jabbār, from his father who said: A woman was forced [into intercourse] during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He waived the punishment from her and applied it upon the one who had assaulted her. He did not mention that he assigned her a dowry.
