English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from Manṣūr, from Ibrāhīm, from Yazīd ibn Aws, from Abū Mūsā, that he lost consciousness and his concubine [umm walad] wept over him. When he regained consciousness, he said to her: 'Has it not reached you what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said?' They asked his wife about that, and she said: 'He is not of us who wails loudly, shaves [the head in mourning], or tears [garments in grief].'
