English Translation

ʿAffān narrated to us, Ḥammād narrated to us, Thābit informed us, from Abū Burdah, from Abū Mūsā, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you passes through a mosque, a market, or a gathering while carrying arrows, let him hold them by their points.' Abū Mūsā said: 'By Allah, we did not die until we had turned them against each other's faces.'
