Hadith #131
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ أَبُو طَالُوتَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ زِيَادٍ قَالَ
لِأَبِي بَرْزَةَ هَلْ سَمِعْتَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَهُ قَطُّ يَعْنِي الْحَوْضَ قَالَ نَعَمْ لَا مَرَّةً وَلَا مَرَّتَيْنِ فَمَنْ كَذَّبَ بِهِ فَلَا سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ

English Translation
ʿAbd al-Ṣamad narrated to us, ʿAbd al-Salām Abū Ṭālūt narrated to us, al-ʿAbbās al-Jurayrī narrated to us, that ʿUbayd Allāh ibn Ziyād said to Abū Barzah: Did you hear the Prophet ﷺ mention it — meaning the Pool? He said: Yes, not once or twice, but five times. Whoever disbelieves in it — may Allah not give him to drink from it.
