English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja‘far and Ibn Numayr both said: Sa‘īd narrated to us. And Yazīd informed us: Sa‘īd narrated to us, from Qatādah, from Zurārah ibn Awfā, from ‘Imrān ibn Husayn, that a man bit another man on his forearm. Ibn Numayr said: He pulled his hand away and his two front teeth fell out. He took the matter to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, who dismissed the claim and said: Did you want to gnaw your brother’s flesh as a stallion gnaws?
