Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ قِيل
Body (Matn)
َ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ فُلَانًا لَا يُفْطِرُ نَهَارَ الدَّهْرِ قَالَ لَا أَفْطَرَ وَلَا صَامَ
English Translation
Ismā‘īl narrated to us: al-Jurayrī informed us, from Abū al-‘Alā’ ibn al-Shikhkhīr, from Mutarrif, from ‘Imrān ibn Husayn, who said: It was said to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ: So-and-so never breaks his fast during the day, ever. He said: He has neither broken his fast nor truly fasted.
